In-Office Position
General Summary: We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions. You will work closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Create testable, scalable API endpoints for internal use.
- Collaborate with the team to define technical requirements, and architectural decisions,
- Build user interfaces through Retool’s drag and drop system, JavaScript and CSS.
- Engage in daily standups, sprint meetings and other agile development methods.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and programming tasks to maintain high code quality and advance project goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a software developer, software engineer, or similar role.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., Java, Python, FastAPI, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting and standing required.
