Job Title: Sr. Full-Stack Developer

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic software developer to join our team building large scale Python applications with a vanilla JavaScript front-end. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create testable, scalable API endpoints for internal use.

• Collaborate with the team to define technical requirements, and architectural decisions.

• Build beautiful User Interfaces through Retool’s drag and drop system, JavaScript and CSS.

• Engage in daily standups, Sprint meetings and other Agile development methods.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and programming tasks to maintain high code quality and advance project goals.

Must Have Attributes:

• Love of full stack development with a project portfolio to match.

• 5+ years development experience with Python and relational databases (PostgreSQL)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, innovative thinking, and a passion for technology.

• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with various teams on large-scale projects.

• Experience with Python, FastAPI, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Nice To Have Attributes:

• Experience using JIRA or other Scrum tools to track and manage development tasks.

• Experience in Retool or another low-code Application Platform
