Description
In-Office Position
The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for various accounting and operational support functions primarily focusing on client invoicing.
- Prepare and submit T&M invoices, Unit price/ lump sum contract
- Perform contract related job and client set ups in the ERP system
- Verify invoices are processed once submitted in client’s system.
- Verify timesheet accuracy based on contract requirements.
- Working with others in payroll, operations, and other departments.
- Performing any other administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Associates Degree in Accounting or related field required and/or minimum of 1-3 years of Accounting experience
- High level of detail orientation with excellent follow-up skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and re-prioritize at a moment s notice
- Ability to analyze reports for accuracy and prepare basic statements
- Friendly with excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
